I came into this body with no-thing : without my name, my mind, my ego and without
any material thing. It is assured I will leave this body with no-thing. What is
the nature of this “I” which existed before all these things were attached to it…..? What
is the nature of this Consciousness, this Awareness, that existed as “I” before
entering this body? Who is this I that I am? Who amongst us will dare to ask….?
How many of us know who we are?
In our desire to find answers we turn to many things : spiritual dogma, expensive
courses, devotion to gurus, travel to far away places in pursuit of “truth”…….we
become the doer doing and the seeker seeking finding things that may work, for awhile
at least, in quietening the mind and relaxing the body. Their effect “wears off”.
They are sedatives and quick fixes leaving us in a similar state as before: full
of thoughts, fearful, anxious and ego driven. We become stuck in an endless cycle
of anguish, seeking answers, feeling better, experiencing more anxiety, doing more
things, calmer again……and on it goes.
In this we forget to look within ourselves.
Self Enquiry takes us there, to Source. In doing this it is no easy journey or quick
fix as we are invited to drop all masks, kick away all crutches, let go of all false
identifications and attachments and peel and peel away leaving us to wonder “what
remains?” We may feel vulnerable and exposed as we enquire “Who am I”? We take whatever
time is needed……….
These courses will lift the fog to reveal the path upon which you are already, re-uniting
you with the True Self that is you. You already have within you all that is required.
The curtain will be opened to let in the light. You will become aware that the realisation
of True Self is indeed the essential factor rendering as mere decoration and side
show all other activities pursued in our lives.

Course details:
I am proposing to run a series of one day courses in Glastonbury, Somerset towards the middle of 2012 onwards. If this is of interest to you I would be pleased to hear from you.
Belief is transitory. Truth is constant. It is for me to find as I look within asking "Who am I?" The juxtaposition of the Ratu Bagus Shaking Meditation with Self Enquiry has untold potential in raising personal awareness as questions which arise are addressed and answered together in Truth (Satsang).
